About My Work

I make paintings, drawings and ceramics inspired by moments of everyday life. I'm interested in memory, objects and the ordinary. Things we see and use without really thinking about them, and the memories and feelings they can carry.

My work often starts with simple, familiar things: a bottle, a chair, a pair of gloves, something from a journal or a half-remembered moment. I like the strange, playful and imperfect qualities of these everyday objects, and the way they can become something else when they're taken out of their usual context.

Across painting, drawing and ceramics, I'm interested in loose forms, tactile surfaces and the small details that make ordinary things feel significant.

Digital Pet Illustration
£85.00

A digital portrait of your pet, drawn in my style from your photographs. The portraits are an artistic interpretation rather than a realistic copy of a photograph.

The £85 price includes one pet, with a solid colour background or a background with stars. You can choose the background colour, and we'll discuss the pose and any ideas you'd like to include when booking.

The process

Once your order has been placed, I'll email you to collect your photographs and discuss what you have in mind.

I'll start with a sketch of the pose for you to approve, with the opportunity to request some small changes. I'll then send a progress update partway through the portrait, so you can see how it's coming together and make any further requests where possible.

The turnaround is approximately 4 weeks, starting once I've confirmed receipt of your photographs.

What you'll receive

  • One digital portrait of one pet.

  • A high-resolution digital file, supplied as a PDF or PNG.

  • Artwork suitable for printing up to A3.

  • Your choice of a solid colour or stars background.

  • Delivery via WeTransfer.

If you'd like a specific size or format, such as a square portrait, let me know when booking and I'll confirm what's possible. I recommend using a professional printer for the best results.

Payment

The total price is £85 for one pet, with a solid colour or stars background.

The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.

For additional pets, more complex backgrounds or other custom requests, please get in touch for a quote.
